Biography: Alan R. Yandow

Alan R. Yandow has held the position of Executive Director since July 1998. As Director, he is responsible for lottery operations, regulations and policies. He is also instrumental in the Tri-State Lotto Commission. Before joining the Lottery, Yandow was with the Burlington Electric Department (VT) for 18 years in marketing, government and public relations. He served as an officer and member of numerous national and regional public power committees.
Also active in the local community, Yandow currently serves as president of the Vermont City Marathon Board. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science and Education from the University of Vermont and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree. He has served as NASPL's Region I Director, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, President, and is currently Immediate Past President.

Alan R. Yandow, Executive Director of the Vermont Lottery, Elected President of NASPL New Orleans, LA (September 17, 2003) --- Alan R. Yandow, Executive Director of the Vermont Lottery was tonight elected President of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL).
Alan R. Yandow has held the position of Executive Director of the Vermont Lottery since July 1998.
