Background Information

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) is a government-controlled corporation, and is a top income earner of the government and whose principal beneficiaries include the President's Social Fund, the Philippine Sports Commission, and government health, education, and scientific programs, among others.
