Manitoba Lotteries Corporation (MLC), as a
Crown corporation of the Province of Manitoba, owns and operates Club Regent
and McPhillips Street Station Casinos in Winnipeg; owns and operates the
province’s Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) Network and distributes and sells
tickets for lotteries operated by the Western Canada Lottery Corporation (Sport
Select, Lotto 6/49, etc.). It works in partnership with a network of Lottery
