The foundation exploitation Dutch state
lottery (SENS) has been set up in 1992, and organises the current state
lottery. Moreover SENS have been entitled other organise lotteries.
In
1726, the preamble of the state lottery became, the Generaliteitsloterij set
up. Lotteries were in that time a method much by sub-national authorities used
for the financial resources what on at vijzelen. In that year it was decided

turnover of 737.6 million Euro in 2006. Beside the monthly state lottery the
foundation organises also a weekly lottery under the name Dayzers. Once per
year SENS organise the new year's eve lottery. Finally the SENS sell access
cards for football games, concerts, actions and other events by means of
Ticketbox. On 24 January 2007 it has been announced that by July 1,2008 the
ticketingactiviteiten are struck.
The Dutch state lottery has approximately
140 employees in service. The company turned in 2006 482.3 million Euro to
price money and carried out 138.8 million Euro finished to the ministry of
finances. The common profit of the state lottery , amounted to Dayzersand
Ticketbox hereafter 9.0 million Euro.

Staatsloterij (SENS)) is to pay the Post Code
Lottery (Postcodeloterij) €100,000 Euro in a damages settlement for
spying on its competitor, local media source ‘Expatica’
