Dansk Tipstjeneste was founded on 21 July
1948, following the passing of a special Danish Pools Act by the Danish
Parliament on 9 June 1948. Shareholders' equity today totals DKK 427 million.
Dansk Tipstjeneste's shareholders are the Danish State (80%), the Danish
Sports Federation (DIF) (10%) and the Danish Gymnastics and Sports Association
(DGI) (10%).
Dansk Tipstjeneste Group is among the largest 50 companies in
Denmark with an annual turnover of more than DKK 9 billion.

COPENHAGEN, Denmark (December 9, 2008) -- Effective as at 1 January 2009,
Pernille Sonne, legal and HR manager of Danske Spil A/S, has been appointed
Vice President responsible for the new executive management secretariat.
Pernille Sonne will continue as legal manager and as being responsible for
HR Development, but will also be responsible for Danske Spil's strategic
development and international relations.
